What happens when we get a new chief officer in place? Will he stop hiring consultants for the simplest of decisions?
He seems to think we should thank the officers for an excellent job they have done in steering us through these difficult times.
He must be joking.
The council has steered us through these bad times at the expense of the elderly and most vulnerable.
