SIR – Not long ago I was frustrated if I read something of interest to me and then found access was only online.

For various reasons though 79 years of age, I bought a laptop, and now am able to obtain instant action when needed.

With the city council’s questionnaire only available to computer owners I feel the result would be very false.

Many pensioners and others have no means of using a computer.

Surely the council can do better than this.

Most people have a phone, why can they not be given the chance to use it?

We are all entitled to have a say in how our money is spent or what cuts are made.
