Not all hospital stays are bad SIR – I would like to point out that not all hospital stays are bad.
As a recently widowed pensioner, my 14-day stay in hospital could have been traumatic, but thanks to Sister Jess and Sister Jayne and their staff on Avon 3 at Worcestershire Royal Hospital, who were happy caring and professional people, my stay was reasonably enjoyable.
Thank you to all of you You came through, even in the hard times (short staffing and long shifts 7am - 10pm).
