SIR – In reply to Jane Humphries (Worcester News, Letters, June 2), I had excellent care at both the Worcestershire Royal Hospital and the Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Birmingham, in October 2007 for a serious cancer operation. I am still alive, Mr Rostill, three years later to prove this!
