SIR – Your article on the death of Robin Vincent captured the essence of the man I knew.
We met when Robin was registrar of the Special Court for Sierra Leone. I was a lawyer for the US State Department. He was a first class administrator, a savvy negotiator, a gentleman and a trusted colleague.
I shall miss him.
