Sir – Should seagulls be culled in Worcester?
No says the RSPB, so the city council can only act in a preventative measure by coating the eggs to stop hatching (Worcester News, August 22).
There is a difference between the gulls snatching food and getting it from discarded cartons.
They come under ‘litter’ and until the louts are fined the problem will not go away.
