SIR – Re ‘Bus breaks down on one of city’s busy roads’ (Worcester News, August 27).
Before new regulations a few years ago preventing First Midland Red towing buses on a bar, the bus would have been removed in 20 minutes thus avoiding unnecessary congestion and extra cost to the company.
I wonder if the EU had anything to do with the change in regulation?
