THERE were hundreds of incidents reported to the police in the Warndon parish of Worcester in March and more than 50 were emergency situations.

There was a total of 356 incidents reported to the police for the Warndon Safer Neighbourhood area, which were either attended or dealt with by us or response officers.

Of these 54 incidents were what the police classify as Grade 1, which means a 999 emergency call and something that is either life threatening or a crime in progress.

Seventy-six were recorded as crimes, with 15 thefts, seven drug related crimes, 11 concerned with damage, seven burglaries, 15 miscellaneous crimes and 21 assaults.

So far 15 have been detected.

There is plenty of chances to chat to the team in the coming days.

On Wednesday (April 15) at 2pm there will be a PACT meeting at the Warndon Police Post on Cranham Drive.

Then there will be another PACT meeting at the same time on Wednesday, April 29, at the same location.
