A PENSIONER from Malvern is to stand trial accused of attempting to pervert the course of justice.
Christopher Moir is said to have provided police with false GPS data relating to two alleged speeding offences between Wednesday, November 19, 2014 and Tuesday, February 17, this year.
The 70-year-old of Peachfield Road appeared at Worcester Magistrates Court yesterday, where he did not enter a plea and was granted unconditional bail to stand trial at Worcester Crown Court on Monday, October 12.
