A NEW vicar has been welcomed into a Worcester community.
Rev Phil Bradford was officially licensed as the vicar for Dines Green at a service led by Bishop of Dudley Rt Rev Graham Usher on Monday, June 29.
Rev Bradford is a familiar face to parishioners at St John’s, St Clement’s and St David’s churches, where he was been working alongside vicar Rev Chris Stuart. He has also been helping to look after St Michael’s Church in Dines Green and both vicars will continue to work closely together.
Church warden Margaret Jones said she was looking forward to continuing to work closely with Rev Bradford.
She said: “It is really good that all the people on Dines Green will know there’s a vicar they can turn to”.
