VOLUNTEERS are being sought to extend the Citizens Advice service in Herefordshire.
Since October 1, Worcester Citizens Advice Bureau and WHABAC (Worcester Housing and Benefits Advice Centre) have taken responsibility for delivery of the advice service in the county.
There is currently a small team of staff and volunteers in Hereford, who have worked tirelessly during a very challenging period.
The charity, which helps people with all sorts of everyday problems by giving free advice and information, wants to recruit new volunteers to join the existing team and expand core advice services.
Full training and ongoing support and development is provided so no experience is necessary.
Join a Volunteering Information Morning at 10.30 am on Thursday, January 25 at Citizens Advice Herefordshire, 8, St Owen Street, Hereford. Call Sonya Gregory on 01432 377583 to find out more.
