OWNERS of a cafe in Ross-on-Wye have decided to retire.
Pots and Pieces café in the High Street next to the Market House has been put on the market for £460,000 with Colliers International.
Current owner David Bruce said: “We bought the business 11 years ago and spent three months renovating the entire building. What we hadn’t realised was just how busy Ross is all year round.
“It’s a very outdoors place attracting canoeists, walkers and fishermen. It’s also on the main cycle route between Land’s End and John O’Groats and we also welcome visitors from all over the world.”
The business includes owners’ accommodation offering a kitchen, dining room and store on the first floor with a drawing room on the second floor along with a bedroom and shower room. There are a further two bedrooms on the third floor.
