EUROPE’S largest yoga company will be arriving in Alvechurch in January.

Hotpod Yoga, done in an other-worldly 20 person inflatable Pod, mixes active and passive yoga positions.

And it will be coming to Bordesley Hall in Alvechurch.

Hotpod Yoga Bromsgrove founder Liberty Selvester-Webb said she can’t wait to bring the craze to Bromsgrove.

“I have worked in the fitness industry for years and have tried yoga numerous times before, but always felt like something was missing and I found it hard to switch off during classes,” she said.

“A friend then recommended I try Hotpod; I did a class and was immediately hooked.

“After regularly attending classes I made the decision to do my teacher training at the Hotpod Yoga HQ in London.

“Whilst I was there, I realised it was something I wanted to share with people beyond the realms of teaching, so I took the leap and bought my very own Hotpod home to bring back to Bromsgrove with me.”

Hotpod Yoga differs from the ‘traditional’ yoga styles, such as Bikram, with the pod temperature heated to 37 degrees, which should mean no headaches, no over-stretching, no dizziness and even no sweat.

To celebrate the launch of Hotpod Yoga Bromsgrove a number of taster classes and special offers have been planned.
