RESIDENTS at Ross Court Care Home enjoyed a morning of belly dancing courtesy of a local dance school.
Led by Herefordshire belly dance tutor Alanya (Abbie Mason) the session kicked off with a belly dancing display featuring four members of her dance troupe, whilst residents at the home kept to the beat with a variety of musical instruments.
A few brave residents also slipped on their dancing shoes and joined the ladies on the dance floor.
Pam Parry said that she really took to the music and had a giggle with the troupe, whilst fellow resident Peter Stock got into the spirit of the day, donning a pink belt complete with jingling bells and coins.
"It's a bit tricky to get the hang of all the movements at once, but it's good fun trying," he said.
Clare Lockley, Magic Moments Club Co-ordinator at the home said: "It was such good fun that we're looking into setting up regular visits in future months for interested residents and team members to get involved in.
"We're looking forward to shaking our bellies again soon!"
