POLICE are investigating burglaries in Malvern and Upton.
In the Malvern burglary, a property in Bank Street was targeted between February 27 and March 6.
Entry was gained after the back door was smashed in, and an untidy search took place.
Jewellery, a laptop, wine and china were stolen.
In the Upton burglary the offenders broke into the house in Hanley through a downstairs window that was smashed.
The break in happened between 8.45am and 10.15am on March 6, but it is believed the offender was disturbed so did not steal anything.
Anyone with information is asked to call police on 101 quoting 470S for the Malvern incident and 167S Upton.
