It will be full steam ahead for the Redditch Model Railway Show latter this month.

Redditch Model Railway Club will be staging the 46th Redditch Model Railway Exhibition on Saturday, September 21 and Sunday 22 at the Trinity High School, Grove Street in Redditch town centre.

On site there is ample parking.

The opening times are 10am until 5pm on Saturday and 10am until 4.30pm on Sunday.

It follows a very successful pop up taster model railway show last month in the Kingfisher Shopping Centre where over 1,500 people attended what proved to be a very popular event for young and old alike.

Preparations are well advanced and visitors to the Redditch Model Railway Exhibition will be able to see 14 model railway layouts drawn from all over the country together with many specialist trade stands.

Like the event last month there will be an opportunity for visitors to control their own train on the Club’s test track layout. Visitors will also have the opportunity to enter a free prize draw to win a train set.
