THE smallest and cheapest home in the Cotswolds has sold at auction.
A Wendy house reminiscent of a Tudor house sold for £10,500 at Chorley’s September auction.
The small house, that was sold to a private UK buyer yesterday, has been sitting in the Prinknash Bird & Deer Park since 1991 where it was built, entertaining generations of children.

The Wendy house comes in two pieces so that it can be easily transported as the buyer will have to move it from the site onto their own property.
Prinknash Bird & Deer Park was created in 1974 by Philip Meigh MA RCA, an established cartoonist and artist living locally.
The original Wendy house first appeared in J M Barrie’s 1904 play Peter Pan and was built for the character Wendy Darling.
