POLICE in Alcester are looking for a man smelling of cannabis after a car was broken into in Bidford.
The man was disturbed while stealing items from a car in Oak Place, Bidford, last week.
The man, described as a white male, wearing a woolly hat, black zip up hoody and tracksuit bottoms, who also smelt of cannabis, ran off towards Chesnut Way.
Cash and an electric Vape was stolen.
A police spokesman said that it is believed that there were three male offenders in total, one of them was wearing a man bag.
The incident happened around 10pm on Tuesday, January 14.
Appealing for witnesses the police spokesman added: "We understand from Facebook entries that these males may have been seen before checking cars in the area – please ring on 101 to report as soon as possible."
