A 15-year-old boy crashed a car into a house in Oldbury this morning after being chased by police.
The teenager, who crashed the car he was driving into a house in Eva Road, ran off but was caught by police officers and is in custody.
A spokesman for West Midlands Police said: "We’ve arrested the driver of a car which failed to stop for officers on Princess Road in Oldbury, just after 3.30am this morning (Monday 17 February).
"The 15-year-old was arrested following a short pursuit where a stinger was deployed.
"The boy fled the scene after colliding with a house on Eva Road, but was arrested a short distance away.
"He remains in police custody.
"Enquiries continue and anyone with information is asked to contact us via Live Chat at west-midlands.police.uk between 8am and midnight, or call 101 anytime.
