VISITING is being suspended at Russells Hall Hospital in Dudley from tomorrow lunchtime (Tuesday March 17).
Bosses at Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust have announced they are suspending visiting on all general wards from midday tomorrow.
Exceptions will apply to maternity, children's areas and neonatal, where visiting is restricted to parents and birth partners only.
A statement on the Dudley Group's Facebook page said: "Where patients have dementia or learning disabilities, or are end of life, visiting will be agreed on an individual basis so please discuss this with the nurse in charge.
"We are sure you will understand this is to protect our patients and staff and thank you for your support and co-operation."
