What is your response?Hi this is my Dad, a Bewdley Man Malcolm Plant who works as a delivery driver for the Co-operative Pharmacy in Stourport delivering medication. He falls under the category of self isolating due to his own underlying health conditions, but he will not let down his colleagues at the co-op pharmacy or the patients on his rounds to providing this service to our locals in need of medication deliveries. Despite his own families concerns for his vulnerability due to his own age and health in this difficult time, his dedication and sense of loyalties, to the needs of the individuals they provide a service to, spur him on to keep playing his part in ensuring this job is well done. He sent this lighthearted picture to his daughter and partner to ease their worries that he is protecting himself and being mindful to all possible risks on his own well being. Mean while the team back at dispensary have also been extra busy and putting in their best efforts to get peoples medication to them, the phone has been non stop and all the team have done their upmost best to deliver patients prescriptions to them. My dad often comes home with a story of how a patient has said it cheers their day to see him for the brief time he delivers their meds he always tries to deliver a bit of cheer to those in need of it, and this is certainly a time in need of a bit of that.
