LOCAL health and care organisations and community groups across Herefordshire and Worcestershire have rallied together to provide a comprehensive range of mental health and wellbeing support for residents, an NHS Trust has said.
In Herefordshire, WISH online wellbeing information and signposting service, provides details of local community hubs, groups and activities across the county.
Anyone in the county who needs to access WISH Herefordshire can do by calling 01432 260101 or visiting www.wisherefordshire.org.
Over the border in Worcestershire, the Wellbeing Hub aims to support people in finding community services and activities to boost wellbeing, or signpost onto more professional help if needed.
As in Herefordshire, anyone who needs to access their services can do so by calling 01905 766124 or online at www.worcestershire.wellbeinghub.org.uk
Worcestershire residents can also access the vital support provided by Worcestershire County Council, Here2help campaign for vulnerable households, who may be self-isolating due to the coronavirus to gain access food and medicine.
The Now We’re Talking campaign is run by Worcestershire Health and Care NHS Trust to highlight the range of mental health and wellbeing support services available across Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
