POLICE boxed in a driver doing 90mph on the M5, then found a large haul of drugs in his car.
The manoeuvre required several police cars to bring the speeder to a halt.
Three people were arrested when "large amounts of class A drugs" were found hidden in the car on Monday night.
It happened between junction 8, where the M50 from Herefordshire joins the M5 at Stresham Services, and junction 7 Worcester south.
The operation was part of an ongoing investigation by the South Worcestershire Proactive CID team, which is targeting serious organised crime.
