DESPITE reports a life-saving defibrillator stored in public toilets in St Andrews Road, Pershore, was stolen, police have confirmed no such theft took place.
A Neighbourhood Watch email alert sent by the Wychavon policing team on Friday, April 24 stated the defibrillator had been vandalised and stolen between 5pm and 6.30pm on Monday, April 20.
But a police spokesman confirmed it had in fact just been moved slightly, and was still in place and in full working order.
