THE live entertainment scene around Worcestershire is buzzing with a great variety of music, comedy and theatre.

REBEL Music is running at the Birmingham Repertory Theatre from September 19 to October 5.

He will be at Huntingdon Hall in Worcester on September 19.

PREMIER rock ‘n’ roll legend Joe Brown has gone from strength to strength as his contemporary achievements maintain momentum.

His ‘Very Best Of’ album went Gold staying eight weeks in the U.K. Top 20 and in the same year his 50th anniversary tour celebrated a sold out show at the Royal Albert Hall.

Joe won over a whole new generation of fans performing on Later With Jools and closing the show at the Concert For George Harrison.

FOLLOWING their acclaimed show A Brief History of Music, GreenMatthews have a new performance which explores our rich history of witty wordplay and melodic mirth.

Chris Green (piano, guitar, accordion) and Sophie Matthews (early woodwinds, flute, saxophone) bring four centuries of chromatic comedy to life featuring songs by Noël Coward, Tom Lehrer, Flanders and Swann and a host of other lesser known songwriters.
