Former estate agent and property guru Amanda Lamb is paying a visit to Richmond Villages in Wood Norton next week to host a masterclass on selling houses. She will be sharing her vast knowledge of the property market and tips for buying and selling houses with the people from the local area.

The presenter who shot to fame hosting Channel 4’s A Place in the Sun and more recently Selling Houses will visit the retirement village on Friday 2nd August. Amanda will speak to guests about how best to market a property, homes as investments and retirement living choices.

Amanda said: “I’m delighted to be supporting this event with Richmond Villages. I’ll be sharing my personal advice about how to prepare your house for sale, and offer tips and things to look out for when buying a retirement property.

“The Richmond Villages’ proposition is interesting as residents can own their own property while receiving the level of care required as they get older and enjoying the amazing facilities available here too.”

Amanda will be joined by Richmond’s resident interior designer who will be sharing thoughts on how to ‘spruce’ up your property ready for viewings. There will also be the opportunity to take a tour of the grounds and view the properties for sale at the luxury retirement village and enjoy live spa demonstrations. Attendees will also be treated to a VIP gift bag and offered exclusive sales incentives to aid their purchase of a Richmond property.
