A 23-YEAR-old is rumoured to be 'bringing the Worcestershire Sauce' to the Love Island villa this summer.

The cast of the hit ITV2 dating show was revealed earlier today, ahead of the new series that begins on Monday, (June 28).

Although James Price is not among the initial names entering the famous villa in the hope of finding love and winning £50,000, the Daily Mail has quoted a TV insider who says producers have been in talks with him as they are "really keen on signing him this year".

The MailOnline's insider added: "He’s cheeky, fun and handsome – and will be a sure-fire hit with the female contestants, while he’s also on the lookout for his dream girl."

The story mentions he had a close relationship with former contestant Lucie Donlan and that James, originally from Worcester, now lives in Fulham spending "a lot of time before the pandemic partying in Chelsea.”

Having not been named in the initial cast there will be plenty of opportunities for James to enter as one of the bombshells that shake up the villa, or potentially as part of the popular 'Casa Amor' twist.

The show this year is being filmed on a Covid-secure set in Majorca, on the outskirts of Sant Llorenç des Cardassar, with Laura Whitmore presenting and comedian Iain Stirling providing the show’s voiceover.
