A DRIVER allegedly more than three times over the drink-drive limit at lunchtime ploughed into a parked vehicle in Worcester yesterday.
Worcestershire’s Operations Patrol Unit, which helps to cover road policing, put out images of a damaged car which seems to have hit a van that then got pushed into the car parked closest to it as a result.
The account showed a picture of a breathalyser reading of 114. In England, Wales and Northern Ireland, the alcohol limit for drivers is 35 micrograms per 100 millilitres of breath.
It also reported the driver later “blew 103 in custody where they remain”.
