KIDDERMINSTER Harriers are intent on inflicting more misery on Lincoln City at Aggborough tomorrow (3pm) while extending their own unbeaten run to six matches.

Harriers are second in the Skrill Premier table after three wins and two draws from their last five matches and want to keep the pressure on leaders Cambridge United.

With 10th-placed Lincoln having won only once in their last six matches, and none of their last three, assistant manager Gary Whild is keen to try and capitalise.

It will also be the first of two visits to Aggborough in a week for the Imps as they take on Worcester City, Harriers’ tenants, in the FA Cup fourth qualifying round next Saturday.

“Lincoln have suffered a little bit of a lull recently and we’re hoping they don’t come out of that tomorrow,” Whild said.

“We’re quite happy with the way things are going at the moment, even though people keep saying to us that we’re not playing at our best.

“When we slipped back to sixth place in the table a few games ago, the same people thought it was a bit of a disaster, but it just goes to show the high standards we’ve set.

Joe Lolley and Nathan Blissett are set to get the nod up front for the third game running but striker Michael Gash has recovered from a toe injury.

Callum Gittings could also be back in contention after missing last weekend’s 2-1 victory at Southport with a hamstring problem.

But fellow midfielder James Dance serves the second of a three-game ban following his red card in the 4-1 win over Forest Green Rovers.

n Harriers’ FA Cup fourth qualifying round clash at Bradford Park Avenue has been put back 24 hours to Sunday, October 27 (3pm) on police advice.

The fixture has been moved because of Bradford City’s League One match against Wolverhampton Wanderers the previous day.
