WORCESTER’S Flics Gymnastics Academy enjoyed success at the Fenton Manor regional floor and vault competition in Stoke.
The club, who train at the University of Worcester, were represented in the under 12s category among 32 teams.
Silver team medals went to Ella Hart, 11, Izzy Moran, 10, Mia Scarlett, 10, Zoe Clive, 11, and Amber Hunter, 10. Hart also won individual bronze.
The gymnasts are coached by owner Fran Hall, Emma Elton, Chloe Bryant and Abi Brooks.
Hall said: “We went not thinking we would walk away with medals but the coaches and gymnasts have worked so hard. It was a fantastic result for us.
“I’m so proud of all the gymnasts who competed. We have come such a long way in a short space of time and I feel the academy is just getting stronger and stronger. We currently have 500 gymnasts who train with us.”
