WORCESTER City's player-of-the-season Ellis Deeney is mulling over a possible move into full-time football with an unnamed club.
The 23-year-old club captain, who joined from Hinckley United in 2012, has become a key operator in the City midfield after switching from left-back.
The former Aston Villa youth team skipper's performances have not gone unnoticed, according to joint City boss Carl Heeley.
Deeney, who played 49 games for Worcester in the 2014-15 season, and forward Daniel Nti, also under 24, have both been offered new deals by the semi-professional National League North club.
City will be entitled to claim compensation under the Bosman ruling as a result.
Heeley said: "Certainly in Ellis' case, there is a little bit of interest in him.
"He has gone away to speak to a full-time club and needs to make a decision on whether full-time or part-time is the way forward for him."
Deeney's older brother Troy has gained promotion to the Premier League with Watford as a striker.
