WORCESTER'S Miles Benjamin and Matt Cox start for England's final game at the IRB Under 19 World Championship tomorrow against France in Belfast (3.30pm).
Benjamin is on the wing and Cox returns to the second row as England attempt to secure fifth place in the 12-team tournament. Greg King is on the bench.
