WORCESTERSHIRE runner Sarah Armstrong took the women's honours at Worcester Athletic Club's Bulmers Bash.
The annual race was held in ideal weather conditions on a hilly course through Bulmers Orchard at Wichenford in aid of the Midlands Air Ambulance.
The first man home was Mike Tomkins from Kings Heath RC in 41 minutes 23 seconds followed closely by Hugh Davies from Worcester in 41.37.
Armstrong from Kidderminster's Amazing Feet RC clocked 47.31 with last year’s women's winner Sarah Kellett from Worcester's Black Pear Joggers claiming second place.
All competitors received a commemorative bottle opener and bottle of cider courtesy of Bulmers.
The donations were over £600.
