FOLLOWING the 2-0 victory at Tamworth, the challenge now is to repeat that performance this weekend.

Consistency is something we have struggled with so far this season but I am sure we can continue our run if we perform to the abilities we have shown in the last three games.

The win at Tamworth was our first clean sheet of the season and I put it down to people playing in their natural positions.

We had Chris Smith and Patrece Liburd playing as central defenders and Rapinder Gill as a sweeper.

I don't think we have had two centre-halves playing alongside a sweeper this season because of injuries.

That's no disrespect to people like Ryan Clarke and Danny Hodnett because they have done great jobs for us at the back.

But it's a specialised position and the first time we were able to play like that we got a clean sheet.

However, we have to continue in that manner. We have two home games coming up - against Leigh on Saturday and Solihull Moors on Monday - and we will have to be at that standard to get results.

We should be looking to beat every side at home - it doesn't mattter who they are.

But you can take nothing for granted in this league against any team.

We must play like we have in the last three games to get results as the league is so tight.

We are not head and shoulders above the other teams and, on any given day, they can beat us if we are not right.

But I think if everybody is 100 per cent focused and performing to their maximum, then we should win more often than not. It's important that we don't get carried away and we have to look at the next game and make sure we perform.

Three points on Saturday is the main aim and I don't want to look too far ahead.

I have let Danny Hodnett and Gary Walker go out on loan to Evesham and Malvern respectively for them to get games and for us to balance the finances.

We can't keep bringing players in without someone going the other way.

Danny has played nearly every game but when you have started playing, the last thing you want to be doing is sitting on the bench.

The decision behind that was more financial but he's still a big part of the team.

On the injury front, when we get players back we seem to lose another.

It looks like Rapinder Gill could be missing for a few weeks.

I think it's just a recurrence of his ankle problem but that's just the way things are going for us.
