A MOUNTAIN board schools challenge is set for Saturday in Worcestershire.
The Out to Grass Mountain Board Centre, Cradley, hosts the action after a successful event last year.
Anyone from school years seven to 10 is welcome to take part in the competition.
A £150 sports voucher and the 0800 Reverse Schools Challenge Trophy are on offer.
Last year, 12 schools from across the region entered.
The holders represented Whitecross Sports College, Hereford, and John Masefield High School, Ledbury. During 2007, schools have been visiting their local centres, including Out to Grass, to develop their skills.
Wyebridge Sports College, Hereford, have been taking regular coaching session. It is hoped Dyson Perrins Sports College, Malvern, will be as well represented, having the largest number of riders last year.
The day starts at 9am with registration, practice from 9.30am and racing at 1pm.
Families and school friends are welcome to come along, while there will be a chance to book a first-time session on the nursery slopes.
