WORCESTER Warriors trio Ted Hill, Nick Schonert and Ben Te’o have been included in England’s 30-man squad for Saturday’s third Quilter International against Japan at Twickenham.
Blindside flanker Hill has been included in a matchday squad for the first time having been involved in England’s training camp in Portugal last month ahead of the autumn series.
His inclusion followed a memorable Gallagher Premiership debut off the bench against Leicester Tigers at Welford Road in September when Hill scored two tries in a breathless 44-37 victory and another influential display in the win over Stade Francais in Paris in the European Challenge Cup.
Tighthead prop Schonert is also uncapped but he was part of the recent Portugal camp and he trained with England last week ahead of the match against New Zealand before being released back to Warriors.
Centre Te’o has started in both of England’s Quilter Internationals so far and won his 17th international cap – two of them for the British and Irish Lions – against the All Blacks.
