LITTLETON were sent back to the bottom of Midland Football League Division One.
They were overtaken by Nuneaton Griff who beat the visitors 2-0 in windy conditions with either low sun or driving rain.
Littleton faced the wind in the first half and did well to contain their opponents.
A strong Will Stallard header from a corner was headed off the line and Luke Rowlands nodded just past the post.
The second half was a carbon copy of the first 60 minutes before the hosts scored with a powerful drive from 18 yards.
Three minutes later a close-range shot doubled the advantage.
Littleton tried hard to hit back with a few fierce drives from Rowlands going just over but it was not to be. They host eighth-placed Cadbury Athletic on Saturday (3pm).
Meanwhile, Pershore Town moved off the foot of the West Midlands League Premier Division table with a 4-2 home win over Shawbury United.
They visit Dudley Town on Saturday (3pm).
