AUSTRALIA rugby league international Lucy Lockhart will make her debut for Worcester Valkyries in their Tyrrells Premier 15s match against Loughborough Lightning at Sixways on Saturday (2pm).

Lockhart has recently started studying at the University of Worcester and will make her debut at openside flanker in place of Charlie Wilcox who has been ruled out with concussion.

Valkyries are also missing their hooker and captain Lark Davies who is on enforced rest ahead of England’s Six Nations campaign.

The back division is also reshuffled with winger Vicky Laflin returning and Carys Cox moving from full-back to centre to cover for the injured Vicky Foxwell.

Valkyries Development XV will also play their Loughborough counterparts at Sixways on Saturday (4.30pm).
