A BOSBURY youngster played an unforgettable role in the 2019 FA Community Shield.
Aiden Smith, 11, walked out at Wembley Stadium on Sunday as a McDonald’s player escort in front of 77,000 fans alongside Liverpool's Roberto Firmino.
Reigning Premier League champions Manchester City lifted the trophy after winning on penalties.
Smith won a competition on the McDonald’s website.
He said: “Walking out at Wembley was amazing.
"It was so loud and it was really exciting seeing all the fans cheering for us.
"I can’t wait to tell all my friends at school about this.”
