EX-Worcester City captain Brad Birch could face his hometown club over the Bank Holiday weekend after signing on dual-registration for Stourport Swifts.

Birch went from Stourbridge to arch-rivals Halesowen Town and back again over the summer and has now penned forms with Swifts to get game time.

City are scheduled to host Stourport on Bank Holiday Monday, August 26.

NATIONAL NORTH: Correy Davidson’s fitness will be assessed ahead of Kidderminster Harriers welcoming Gloucester City tonight (7.45).

Davidson opened the scoring in a 3-0 win at Bradford Park Avenue on Saturday but was later forced to withdraw.

Wide man Daniel Stoneman had put Fields in front early in during the first attempt only for Saul Henderson to level within five minutes.
