IN-FORM Perrywood swept into the second round of the FA Sunday Cup with a 5-0 thrashing of Waggon and Horses.

Ashley Bloore, James Baldwin, Barry Hughes, Kirk Layton and James McKee were all on target for the away side at Bewdley Town's Ribbesford Meadow.

The result extends Perrywood's winning run to five in all competitions as they currently lead the McDonald’s Worcester and District Football League Premier Division.

Perrywood have also conceded just one goal this season.

But there was disappointment in the national cup competition for Callow End who were defeated 4-3 to Bristol club Sportsman at Pershore Town's Community Stadium.

Callow End made history last year when they became the first Worcester Sunday league outfit to compete in the FA Sunday Cup.

FC United of Worcester claimed their first win of the McDonald’s Worcester and District Football League Premier Division season with a 4-2 victory at FC Malvern.

Tom Daccus’ strike was enough for Droitwich Spa Rangers to claim a narrow win at Colwall St James that keeps them at the summit of Division Two.

Hornets remain just one point behind the leaders thanks to a 7-0 thrashing of New Inn FC Claines.

Adam Izod cracked a hat-trick with Ashley Mace, Matthew Webb, Andrew Woodward and Jon Whittall also on target for the visitors.
