Olivia Odell, of Hampton Lovett near Droitwich Spa, competed at the London Aquatics Centre with the third-placed 4x50-metre year seven girls’ medley relay.
Aspiring Olympian Odell, a pupil at Tettenhall College, Wolverhampton, set a personal best time and finished sixth in her individual breaststroke race.
It was valuable experience in a 50-metre pool at the 2012 Olympics venue for the 11-year-old who is also a keen cricketer for Droitwich Spa.
