NORTHAMPTON Saints' Ahsee Tuala will face no disiplinary charges after being cited during his side's 29-10 win over Worcester Warriors last weekend.
The Saints' winger had been cited for "kicking" by independent citing commissioner Jay Curts following the Gallagher Premiership fixture on Saturday 26 Dec 2020.
The independent disciplinary panel was chaired by Ian Unsworth QC with Leon Lloyd and Tony Wheat.
The independent disciplinary panel said: “The panel accept that this was an accident.
"The player misjudged the flight of the ball, and, in our judgment, was doing no more than seeking to regain his balance.
"In all the circumstances, the citing is dismissed and the player is free to play with immediate effect.”
