MATT Hancock has announced that Worcestershire has been upgraded from tier two to three in the latest changes to the tier system in England.

The tightening of restrictions will put an end to supporters at Sixways due to tighter restrictions.

Warriors game is off due to Harlequins not being able to field a side, otherwise it would have been played behind closed doors.

Our non-league football clubs will see a drop in numbers at grounds also.

Worcester City, Malvern Town, Worcester Raiders will now only be able to have 150 supporters in to watch games.

It remains to be seen as to how non-league will continue.

More to follow.
