WORCESTER City have signed the former Kidderminster Harriers under 23 winger Bailey Fuller for the 2021/22 season.

Fuller signs from Worcestershire and Midland Football League Premier Division rivals Stourport Swifts for the remainder of the campaign.

Manager Tim Harris said: "I am absolutely delighted.

"He is someone I enquired about when he was at Stratford Town but he signed for Stourport before I got a chance to get to him!

"But he offers a lot of flair, a lot of ability and I am sure the fans will be delighted with this signing."

Fuller played in the recent derby clash between City and Swifts earlier this month, when Worcester ran out 4-1 winners.

He is no stranger to the club, however, having played in the age group levels from the age of 12 to 16.

"I have always had a special place in my heart for Worcester," added Fuller.

"Being in the youth team and being from Worcester, it's always been a draw to me but now is the perfect time for me to come in and excel.

"Playing here recently reminded me of those times as a kid and pushed it through that I wanted to come back and join the first team."

Fuller arrives 10 games into the season, with Worcester occupying sixth place in the MFL Premier.

He is hoping to assert his place in the team and help City continue with their encouraging start to the campaign.

"I set myself targets privately but with the help of Tim (Harris) and everyone around, I can reach the full-time game, whatever step that is, I want to be back in it and I think this is the best place for me to do that," said Fuller.

"One of the targets is to do well in the Vase and let's see how far we can get with it.

"The lads are flying at the minute and hopefully i can continue to help that in any way."
