WORCESTER Warriors' injury list deepened further at the weekend during both club and international fixtures

The most worrying of those was to loosehead prop Rory Sutherland, who was forced off during Scotland's 20-17 Six Nations defeat to Wales in Cardiff on Saturday.

He came on in the second-half of the round two clash at The Principality Stadium with his arm in a makeshift sling created by his match shirt.

A club official told the Worcester News that despite fears of a broken arm, the injury is actually a rib problem.

Whilst he was on international duty, Worcester were busy losing 36-12 at Sale in the Gallagher Premiership in a game where three back-row players came off injured.

Sam Lewis, who was returning from a dead leg, seemed to aggravate that issue further and was replaced by Kyle Hatherell in the first-half.

Hatherell himself then came off holding his shoulder mid-way the second period and then with time almost up, number eight Tom Dodd was helped off the field with what Steve Diamond described after the game as a 'pretty serious one'.
