THE latest player to confirm their departure from Worcester Warriors has been today been revealed.

Tighthead prop Christian Judge will leave the club to re-join Saracens on a two-year deal having only spent a single season at Sixways.

Judge, 29, has been a regular this season, making 23 starts in his 28 appearances, and has proven to be a big hit with Steve Diamond.

Worcester's soon-to-be director of rugby has used him as his first choice tighthead but he will now pack down with the five-time Premiership champions at the StoneX Stadium.

"I’d like to thank and wish everyone at Worcester Warriors all the best for the future,” Judge said.

"Whilst results haven’t always gone our way, it has been a great privilege to represent the club and work alongside some brilliant people.

"Thank you also to all of the Warriors’ fans whose unwavering support this year has been huge."

Judge spent half a season with Sarries back in 2018 on loan from Cornish Pirates, going on to make 22 appearances that season, including the Premiership Final victory over Exeter Chiefs at Twickenham.

Mark McCall, director of rugby at Saracens, is excited to have brought him back.

"We are delighted to be welcoming Christian back to the club this summer," he said.

"Judgey was a well- respected and popular member of the group during his loan spell and he returns having picked up invaluable experience over the last three seasons.

"We are convinced that his best days are ahead of him."

Judge added, ahead of his move: "To be rejoining Saracens is something I’m hugely excited about.

"My first season with the club was an unforgettable experience and for me it’s a special place. I’m looking forward to getting stuck back in and making more memories."
