CRAWLEY Town boss Steve Evans is hoping that with no cameras at the Broadfield Stadium tomorrow will help his side when they entertain Kidderminster Harriers.

The Red Devils have been beaten twice in the past week in front of the Setanta Sports' camera, losing 1-0 to Forest Green Rovers last Sunday and then 2-1 to Ebbsfleet United on Thursday night.

But when Mark Yates takes his Aggborough side to Sussex for the 2pm kick-off there will be no distraction for either team.

"Maybe we had one or two not performing because of the cameras," Evans moaned.

"I don't think we deserved to lose the Ebbsfleet game th-ough and that is not looking at it through any rose-tinted glasses.

"I think the result was harsh on us.

"We didn't have the energy we've had in recent weeks and that is not like this team."

The Red Devils top-scorer Jamie Cook grabbed Crawley's only goal on Thursday night with the impressive midfielder taking his league tally to 15, 12 of the goals coming in the past six weeks.

When the two sides met back in October, Crawley held Harriers to a 1-1 draw at Aggborough.

The now Shrewsbury Town strikers James Constable and Guy Madjo were the scorers that day for their respective sides.
