Full-back Shillcock and fly-half Searle have been brought in as injury cover following the likes of Orlando Bailey, Piers Francis and Tom de Glanville being ruled out.
The outside-half duo were both regulars for Worcester before the financial situation saw their contracts terminated.
It now takes the total former Worcester players at the club to eight, as the latest half-dozen join Niall Annett and GJ van Velze.
All eight will be in contention to play this weekend in the blue, black and white when they host Northampton Saints in the Gallagher Premiership at The Rec.
