The rearranged third-round Allianz Cup fixture between the Worcester Warriors Women and DMP Sharks has been awarded to Worcester.
The Sharks were due to make the trip to Sixways for the pool clash but, due to a "lack of players", the visitors are unable to field a team and have had to pull out.
A statement from the RFU read: "DMP Sharks confirmed they would be unable to field a team due to a lack of available players and therefore were not able to fulfil the fixture and both clubs were immediately informed of the decision to postpone the match.
"The Disputes Committee met and decided to award the fixture to the University of Worcester Warriors who are awarded five league (pool) points. The match result will be recorded as 0-0."
The result means Worcester still have a chance of topping their pool in the competition and going into the semi-finals. They sit third in Pool B on 13 points, just three away from leaders Gloucester-Hartpury.
Worcester beat Exeter and Harlequins earlier in the season, but were well beaten by Gloucester.
